NOTE: New customs requirements for Postnord shipments to the USA and Puerto Rico
Due to the abolition of the de minimis rule and to meet US customs requirements, Postnord have developed a solution for paying US customs duties, Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP).
Under the new rules, customs duties for order values up to 800 USD (about 7200 SEK) must be paid before arrival and Postnord is therefore ensuring that the recipient is not charged any additional fees upon delivery.
In practice, this means that you pay your import duties and handling costs to us, and we then pay them to Postnord that handles the export/import.
These costs are therefore added to the total amount you will pay for your order.
For order values above 800 USD, and with UPS regardless of order value, you will still need to pay import duties and handling costs, but not to us in advance.
